Agentic AI lead generation system

Your sales team meets only the buyers who fit

AI agents write and test hundreds of ads in your brand. Behind each one sits a page that asks what your best salesperson would ask, and every enquiry is tracked to the signed contract. A person approves every piece.

Follow one buyer from the ad to the contract

Illustration Every step keeps the ad’s code, AD-0417 · V07, so you always know which ad a contract came from.

  1. 01

    The ad

One idea, written for one buyer: a procurement lead who needs material on site fast.

  2. 02

    Its versions

The same idea, cut for other buyers, formats and screens. Weak ones stop within weeks.

  3. 03

    A page of its own

The click lands on a page that keeps the exact promise the ad made. Nothing generic.

  4. 04

    Three questions

The questions a good salesperson would ask first. People who don’t fit leave here, politely.

  5. 05

    A WhatsApp reply

A qualified enquiry gets an answer on the channel it chose, within minutes, from your team.

  6. 06

    A meeting

Your salesperson arrives knowing the project, the timing and who signs.

  7. 07

    A signed contract

The deal is logged in your CRM next to the ad and version that started it.

  8. 08

    Back to the platforms

Only qualified enquiries and signed deals are reported back, so the platforms look for more buyers like this one.

Hundreds of versions, each in the brand’s own colours and voice

Every buyer, role and screen gets a version written for it. Twenty of them below, for twenty invented companies.

How the agents work

The software does the volume. Our people make the rules and look at every piece, and a named engineer is responsible for your account.

  1. 01

    Research

We go through your catalogue, price lists, sales decks and old ads, then map the market and the ads your competitors have running.

  2. 02

    Variants

Dozens of ideas, each cut for a different buyer and screen size, all in your logo, colours and tone.

  3. 03

    Journeys

Behind every ad sits a page made for it, so the visitor finds exactly what the ad offered, followed by a few questions.

  4. 04

    Qualify

Those questions, or a short WhatsApp exchange, sort serious buyers from browsers before anyone on your team spends time.

  5. 05

    Learn

The ad platforms hear only about buyers who qualified, so they look for more like them. Each week money shifts toward what produces meetings, and what we learn is written down for the next round.

Money moves to what works

Each week the weakest ads stop and their money goes to the ones producing meetings. A new ad gets a fair run before we judge it, and we judge it on qualified enquiries, never on clicks. Nothing runs until you approve it.

What each week teaches, we keep

Every round ends with a written lesson. The next round, and your next campaign, begin from that list.

IllustrationLessons log

  1. Week 6Ads that named a delivery date booked more site visits than ads that named a discount.
  2. Week 7Three questions on the page kept out more unqualified enquiries than one.
  3. Week 8Owners answered ads that showed a real project; procurement answered ads that showed the spec.
  4. Week 9Reels worked for homeowners; carousels worked for architects.

These show the kind of lesson a round writes down. They are not results.

Twelve weeks, two ways

The same quarter, run by hand or run as weekly tests. Tests start in week 6, after the audit and the tracking are in place.

Four stages, each with something you can see

Ninety days from the first audit to a system that runs every week.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Audit

We look through your ad accounts, site, CRM and data, note where you start, and gather your material into a knowledge base.

Day 14: we know where you start and what we build first.

  2. Weeks 3–5

    Measurement

We link every ad to the deals it leads to, send each enquiry to the right person on your team, and start the Monday report.

Day 35: for any new enquiry, we know which ad produced it.

  3. Weeks 6–9

    Launch

The first set of ads goes live with its pages once you approve it, and the weekly rounds begin.

Day 60: the first results, set next to where you started.

  4. Weeks 10–13

    Scale

Money moves toward what produces meetings and we add variants. With option 1, your team takes the system over.

Day 90: a review of the three months, and you decide how we continue.

What we do, what you do, what we don’t promise

We

  • Research, the plan, and the ideas for each week
  • A person reviews each ad, page and question before you see it
  • The link between every ad and the deals that come from it
  • A report at the end of each month, in meetings and deals, not clicks

You

  • Read access to your ad accounts, site and CRM
  • Your material: brochures, price lists, sales decks
  • A yes for each ad before it runs, and the call on budget
  • Your sales team’s view of which enquiries were worth it

We don’t promise

  • Result estimates before the audit in the first two weeks
  • Any ad or page live without your yes
  • Made-up examples or results presented as real

How it’s priced

Half at the start, half at day 45. After day 90, a monthly fee if you continue. Your ad budget goes straight to the platforms, never through us. We give you the amounts on the call.

Option 1

We build it and hand it over

We set up the whole system for 90 days, then your team runs it.

Site engineers in hi-vis vests on a concrete slab, seen from above

Start with a call

We look at what you sell, who buys it and how leads reach your team today, and tell you plainly whether this fits.

Questions

Who does the work, people or AI?

Both. Software agents do the volume: market research, writing and designing the versions, building the pages, reading the numbers each week. A named engineer at Spinrun decides the rules, and a person looks at every ad and page before you see it.

How do you keep it on brand?

We start from your logo, colours, tone and the claims you are allowed to make, and from nothing else. You approve each batch before it runs.

How much of our time does it take?

Most of it lands in the first two weeks: account access, your brochures and price lists, and an hour with whoever answers new enquiries today. After that, a short weekly check.

Where will the ads run?

Usually Meta first, then Google or LinkedIn if your buyers are there. Your plan names the channels and the reason for each.

What happens to an enquiry?

It reaches your salespeople with the name of the ad that produced it, by CRM, email or WhatsApp. The ad platforms only hear about the enquiries that qualified.

How is it priced?

Two options for 90 days: we build the system and hand it over, or we build it and run it. Half on signing, half after 45 days, then a monthly fee if you continue. Ad money goes from you to the platforms, never through us. You get the amounts on the call.

What won’t you promise?

Result estimates before the audit, any ad or page live without your yes, and examples or results that are made up.

See it on your companyBook a call
